Adults Potter’s Wheel Experience (PWE) session & Taster Sessions. Adult & Child.

1.Deposit of 50% payable on booking.

2. If you cancel 14 + days before your session.

              * Full refund of what you have paid.

              * Or you may move to another date.

​

3. If you cancel less than 14 days before your session.

* No refund of deposit. 

*If you paid in full  by cash, card or voucher, we will refund half of your payment in vouchers.

4. If you do not arrive on the day. 

* No refund of deposit. 

*If you paid in full on booking by cash, card or voucher, we will refund half of your payment in vouchers.

Please Note: Vouchers can be used for other activities or products offered at the Pottery Barn or transferred to another person.

 

Potter’s wheel Longer Courses  

1. Full payment required on booking.  You may reserve a space for up to 4 days without payment if you need to check  dates etc.

2. Full refund if cancelled more than 14 days before course starts. Or you may move to the next available course.

​

3. If  you cancel less than 14 days before your course starts.  Your course fee is not refundable. However, a part or full refund could be possible if we are able to fill your place on the course, which we will do our best to achieve.

Adult Evening Potter’s Wheel Taster Sessions  (Adults only).

1.Potter’s Wheel Evening Taster Sessions require a deposit of £7 plus 50% of the cost of the Taster sessions. 

​

Potter’s wheel Taster sessions are a short session, therefore we strongly encourage you to paint an item of ready made pottery at the same time.  If you choose to do to so, the £7 deposit will be deducted from the cost of the item you paint.

Returning to paint your potter’s wheel pots at Evening Session.*

1. Deposit of £7 session fee per person on booking.

Painting a single pot will make for a short session, therefore we encourage you to paint an item of ready made pottery at the same time to join in the spirit of the evening class.   If you choose to do to so, the £7 deposit will be deducted from the cost of the item you paint.

· You can paint your pot at any other time we are open without incurring the evening class fee.
